Terms of Service
Last updated: September 3, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Creator Insight Studio, a web application designed to help creators manage and publish their own video content to authorized social media accounts. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Creator Insight Studio provides tools and workflows for connecting authorized social media accounts, managing video content, and publishing content through official platform APIs. Features may be introduced, changed, or discontinued over time.
2. Authorized accounts and access
You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for reviewing the permissions requested before granting authorization. The service does not ask you to provide a TikTok password; supported account connections use the applicable platform's official authorization flow.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the videos and other content you submit or publish. You must have all rights and permissions required for that content and must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate a platform's terms, bypass platform safeguards, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the service or its security.
5. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on the availability and rules of third-party platforms. Creator Insight Studio does not guarantee that a platform will approve, publish, or retain any content, or that a particular API will remain available.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Creator Insight Studio disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including warranties of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create a security or legal risk. You may stop using the service and revoke connected account authorization at any time through the applicable platform controls.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
