This Privacy Policy explains how Creator Insight Studio may handle information in connection with its creator content management and publishing workflows. • Account identification information returned through OAuth
• Access tokens and refresh tokens needed for authorized API access
• Video publishing information, such as titles, descriptions, media references, and selected publishing settings
• Publishing status, including status messages and API responses related to a publishing request

2. How authorization works

Creator Insight Studio does not require or ask for your TikTok password. Account connections use the applicable platform's official OAuth authorization flow. You choose whether to grant the requested permissions, and you can revoke authorization through the applicable platform's account or security settings.

3. How information may be used

Information may be used to connect an account you authorize, manage your video publishing workflow, send authorized requests through official platform APIs, display publishing status, maintain security, and provide or improve the service.

4. Sharing and sale of personal data

We do not sell users' personal data. Information may be transmitted to a social media platform only as needed for an action you authorize, such as connecting an account or submitting a publishing request through its official API. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect the service and its users.

5. Retention and security

Information is intended to be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You may stop using the service and revoke connected-account authorization at any time through the applicable platform. Where applicable controls are available, you may also request correction or deletion of information associated with your use of the service.
